Bollywood star Aamir Khan has recently expanded his property holdings by purchasing a new residential unit in the prestigious Bella Vista Apartments, situated in the affluent Pali Hill area of Mumbai‘s Bandra.

This latest addition to his real estate portfolio is a ready-to-move-in apartment spanning around 1,027 square feet. Aamir Khan, whose net worth is estimated at Rs 1,862 crore by the Times of India, acquired this apartment for Rs 9.75 crore, with the transaction completed on June 25, 2024. Additionally, he paid a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh. Reports from the Indian Express indicate that Khan now owns nine out of the 24 units in Bella Vista Apartments, along with several units in the neighboring Marina Apartments, both slated for redevelopment.

Aamir Khan’s property holdings are already substantial, including an apartment on Carter Road, a farmhouse in Panchgani, and multiple properties in Uttar Pradesh. According to DNA India, Khan also possesses a luxurious mansion valued at Rs 75 crore in Los Angeles, USA.

Turning to his professional ventures, Aamir Khan’s recent film “Laal Singh Chaddha” did not meet box office expectations. He also made a cameo appearance in “Salaam Venky” alongside Kajol. After a brief acting hiatus, Khan is gearing up for the release of “Sitaare Zameen Par” in Christmas 2025, co-starring Genelia Deshmukh and Darsheel Safary, directed by RS Prasanna. This film will compete with Varun Dhawan‘s “Baby John” at the box office.

Additionally, Aamir Khan is producing “Lahore 1947” under his banner, Aamir Khan Productions. Directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, the film features Sunny Deol in the lead role, with Khan making a cameo appearance, according to the Times of India.
