Jeetendra, renowned for his charm and extensive filmography, turned 82 recently, yet still retains a timeless appeal.
To commemorate his birthday, his son Tusshar Kapoor shared a heartwarming video capturing the intimate celebration with family, including Jeetendra’s wife Shobha Kapoor, and their children, Tusshar and Ektaa R Kapoor, along with their sons, Laksshya Kapoor and Ravie Kapoor.
The video, posted on April 7, 2024, showcased Jeetendra cutting a mango cake surrounded by his grandkids, while Tusshar and Ektaa sang the birthday song. Jeetendra’s joy on this special occasion was palpable, evident from his radiant smile.
Expressing gratitude for the overwhelming birthday wishes, Tusshar acknowledged the significance of each message, emphasizing their impact on Jeetendra’s happiness.
In a heartfelt revelation during his guest appearance on the singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs, Tusshar delved into his relationship with his father, Jeetendra. He admitted that their bond had not always been amicable, especially during his upbringing in the 80s. However, with time, Tusshar’s entry into the acting industry paved the way for a closer relationship, characterized by mutual respect and guidance from Jeetendra.
Despite initial apprehensions, Tusshar embraced single parenthood with the birth of his son Laksshya via surrogacy in 2016.
