In June 2023, Hollywood‘s celebrated duo, actors Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, acquired an opulent mansion in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, for a staggering $61 million (Rs 494 crore), spanning over 5.2 acres.
Nearly ten months following their acquisition, reports surfaced indicating that they purchased the property from business magnate and Reliance chairperson Mukesh Ambani‘s daughter, Isha Ambani.
News sources reveal that Isha, along with her husband Anand Piramal, spent much of her 2022 pregnancy at the Los Angeles mansion. The property reportedly lingered on and off the market for five years before Jennifer and Ben finalized the deal, reportedly through a cash transaction.
With a rich history, the mansion was previously owned by notable personalities such as Alex Yemenidjian and Curtis Somoza. Boasting 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, the estate includes a sports complex featuring an indoor pickleball court, gym, boxing ring, and lounge area. Its outdoor spaces encompass an entertainment pavilion, kitchen, and a 155-foot infinity pool. Additionally, the property offers a 10-car garage and off-street parking for up to 80 cars.
Isha Ambani also reportedly extended the mansion to her close friend, actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who hosted a screening of Pan Nalin’s 2021 Gujarati coming-of-age film “Chello Show” there in January 2023.
