In an unprecedented collaboration, these two prestigious brands joined forces for the first time to bring forth the ‘CSP Foods presents Filmfare & Femina Bhojpuri Icons co-hosted by Filamchi Bhojpuri‘. In its endeavour to shine the spotlight on noteworthy achievers and industry stalwarts through this iconic property, an electrifying event was held on 16th July at Ramada by Wyndham located in the heart of Lucknow.
The evening witnessed a grand celebration of excellence in the Bhojpuri film industry, arts, entrepreneurship, education, sports, and various other domains. This groundbreaking event brought together luminaries from the Bhojpuri Industry, who wholeheartedly applauded the collaboration of these two iconic brands in recognizing and honouring the outstanding achievements of the industry.
The awards night was filled with unforgettable winning moments that celebrated some remarkable talents and achievements. Sharad Sagar, the epitome of innovation emerged as the Inspiring Entrepreneur and Prakhar Pranjwal took home the award for the Youth Icon. Contributing to the cinema and OTT with his amazing talent, Ravi Kishan was awarded with Outstanding Performer in OTT and Cinema. Chandana Dutt, a trailblazer in the field of education, has been honoured for her Outstanding Contribution to Education (Female). Entertaining the audience with her power packed music, Sharda Sinha took home the Outstanding Contribution in Music. The dynamic and versatile Pawan Singh emerged as the Icon of the Year, while the charismatic and enchanting Kajal Raghwani claimed the prestigious Icon of the Year (Female) title. The Promising Star of the Year (Male) award went to the talented and promising Chintu Pandey, whose magnetic presence on screen captivated the hearts of many. Entertaining his fans and audiences with his fine performance, Khesari Lal Yadav was bestowed with Entertainer of The Year. Yamini Singh, the rising star with her alluring charm and exceptional acting skills, shone bright as the Promising Star of the Year (Female). The coveted Pride of Bhojpuri Soil award was bestowed upon the iconic Sanjay Mishra. The legendary Manoj Tiwari was honoured with the esteemed Lifetime Achievement Award for his immense contribution to the industry.
The star-studded extravaganza had the audience on the edge of their seats, with a lineup of mesmerising performances and breathtaking musical numbers. Superstar Ravi Kishan and the dashing Vishal Aditya Singh took charge of the stage as the hosts, oozing charm and charisma. Joining them as co-hosts were the heartthrob Yash Mishra and the enchanting Smrity Sinha, creating a dynamic quartet that set the tone for the glitzy evening.
The star-studded awards night was an absolute entertainment extravaganza as the electrifying performances lit up the stage. Aakansha Puri and Pawan Singh set the dance floor ablaze with their exhilarating moves on the iconic ‘Lollipop’ song, leaving the audience in cheers of their incredible chemistry. The handsome Khesari Lal Yadav amped up the energy levels at the awards with his high-octane dance performance. The evening took a heartfelt turn as the legendary Sharda Sinha graced the stage to honour Manoj Tiwari with a lifetime achievement award, paying tribute to his exceptional contributions to the industry. In a heartwarming moment, Pawan Singh and Khesari Lal Yadav put their differences aside, embracing in a heartfelt hug, signifying the power of unity and brotherhood in the entertainment industry. The gorgeous Rani Chatterjee with her scintillating dance moves sent the audiences roaring in loud cheers. As the clock struck midnight, the enigmatic star Ravi Kishan celebrated his birthday with wishes and applause pouring in.
