Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan has leased four office properties in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area to Warner Music India on a long-term agreement lasting five years. The office spaces, covering an entire floor in a commercial tower, were rented out for an annual sum of Rs 2.07 crore with a security deposit of Rs 1.03 crore. The agreement stipulates an annual rental increase to Rs 2.38 crore starting from the fourth year, as documented by Propstack.com. Additionally, the deal includes a lock-in period of three years and provides 12 parking spots, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.88 lakh paid on November 30, 2023.

The transaction, slated to commence in March 2024, involves properties purchased by Bachchan in August 2023. Each of the four units was acquired for Rs 7.18 crore. Notably, in November, Bachchan and his wife, Jaya Bachchan, gifted their Pratiksha bungalow in Juhu to their daughter, Shweta Nanda. The property, divided into two plots, was transferred via gift deeds, with one plot valued at ₹31.39 crore and the other at ₹19.24 crore.

Regarding his professional endeavors, Bachchan appeared in ‘Ganapath’ alongside Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in 2023, making a cameo appearance in ‘Ghoomer’. His upcoming projects include ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, co-starring Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, and Disha Patani.
