Shehnaaz Gill took center stage as the showstopper on the fifth day of Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI, walking for designer Diksha Khanna. The collection, titled ‘Asymmetrical Precision,’ showcased fluid silhouettes predominantly in shades of blue.
Shehnaaz exuded confidence as she graced the runway in a loose-fitting jumpsuit with strap sleeves, complemented by a layered jacket for added flair.
During the post-show conference, Shehnaaz shared her perspective on style, sparking a viral response on social media. She emphasized the significance of wealth in being able to afford certain styles, stating that one can achieve any look with money but may be limited without it. She expressed her ability to comfortably carry any style, regardless of the situation, defining style as adaptability.
Despite her glamorous appearances, Shehnaaz described herself as a casual individual in her personal life, often opting for shorts and her brother’s T-shirts at home.
However, she remains open to experimentation and embraces new experiences, expressing a desire to explore various looks and styles, aiming to exude confidence and allure in any outfit.
Shifting focus to her professional endeavors, Shehnaaz was recently seen in ‘Thank You For Coming,’ alongside Bhumi Pednekar, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, and Shibani Bedi. The film premiered at the 46th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2023. Shehnaaz made her Hindi film debut with ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan,’ featuring Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Bhumika Chawla.
