Contrary to reports suggesting his usual fee of Rs 3-5 crore, Zoom has learned exclusively that Salman Khan didn’t charge anything for his special appearance alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan at the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. A guest at the extravagant event disclosed that the decision to bring all three Khans together on stage was spontaneous. “None of them demanded payment for their performance. It would have been quite inappropriate if, after the Ambanis’ generous hosting, the guests had requested payment for sharing in the joy of the pre-wedding celebrations. No money was exchanged for this brief performance,” the source revealed.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, after a prolonged courtship, exchanged engagement rings at the Shrinathji Temple in Rajasthan on December 29, 2022. Following this, they held an official engagement ceremony at the Ambani residence in Mumbai on January 19 last year.
Their pre-wedding festivities commenced on February 16 in Jamnagar with the Lagan Lakhvanu ceremony. Another series of pre-wedding celebrations took place at their Jamnagar residence from March 1 to 3. The guest list included Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Bill Gates, Kareena Kapoor, Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, and many other celebrities. The couple is set to tie the knot on July 12 in Mumbai.
