The catering service alone reportedly cost around 20 million pounds (approx. Rs. 210 crore), featuring a staggering 2,500 dishes.

The beverage section offered an extensive array of drinks, including Kombuchas, Bubble Tea, and unique options like animal-shaped ice creams with nature-inspired flavors, aligning with the event’s Vantara theme.

An eclectic mix of traditional Indian street food and modern American dishes was served, curated by renowned chefs and including specialties from Mumbai’s Khau Gully and Surat’s Bhai Bhai Omelette Centre.

The afterparty food counter boasted trendy setups, overseen by Chef Ritu Dalmia, featuring Instagram-worthy offerings like special shawarma rolls and Maggi.

A ‘spiked’ station offered dishes like spaghetti with vodka sauce and Tequila spiked classic chilli rellenos soft tortillas, while also honoring Gujarati culinary traditions with a wide range of regional dishes and snacks.
