Aayush Sharma is gearing up for his upcoming movie ‘Ruslaan,’ marking his first venture outside Salman Khan Films (SKF).
During a media interaction on Friday, Aayush reflected on his journey in the industry, acknowledging its slow pace but expressing his enjoyment of every moment. He made these remarks at the trailer launch of ‘Ruslaan,’ where he was joined by the film’s cast and crew. The movie is scheduled to release on April 26.
Addressing the audience at the trailer launch, Aayush clarified that his decision to work outside SKF was never deliberate. He emphasized his deep involvement in every project, stating, “I’ve been in the industry for five years now, and my journey has been quite slow. However, I’ve cherished every step because I approach each project with great passion.”
Reflecting on his transition away from Salman Khan’s production house, he remarked, “Working outside the family circle allows for greater learning opportunities. Despite any indulgence, my director and producer encouraged me to explore beyond familiar territories. There was no predetermined plan for me to exclusively work within the family fold.”
Asserting his enthusiasm for acting across various genres, Aayush expressed his fondness for action films, stating, “I’ve always been passionate about action movies since childhood. ‘Loveyatri’ fulfilled my dream of performing a romantic song in London, but ‘Antim’ made me realize my inclination towards action. It’s been my aspiration to delve into the action genre.”
Regarding ‘Ruslaan,’ Aayush described it as more than just an action film, highlighting its emotional depth. He emphasized the film’s diverse elements, including action, comedy, romance, and emotions.
Directed by Karan Lalit Butani, ‘Ruslaan’ also stars Telugu comic star Jagapathi Babu and Sushrii Shreya Mishraa alongside Aayush Sharma.
