Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri was recently spotted enjoying a casual scooter ride with her rumored boyfriend, Sam Merchant, in Mumbai on Sunday night.
However, Triptii didn’t seem interested in posing for the paparazzi, as she was seen hiding her face while Sam quickly sped off on the scooter.
Several videos of the duo riding together have gone viral, showing Triptii as the pillion rider on Sam’s Honda X ADV 750 scooter, which is registered in Arunachal Pradesh and is valued at Rs 12 lakh.
Both Triptii and Sam kept their outfits casual, wearing matching white and blue attire. While Sam wore a white shirt and light blue jeans, Triptii donned a white top and navy blue pants. She also covered her face with a mask, and when she noticed the paparazzi, she turned her face away to avoid being photographed.
Netizens also pointed out that both were riding without helmets in heavy Mumbai traffic, breaking a key safety rule. One user questioned, “Where is the helmet?” while another commented, “Sad to see such educated people not caring about wearing helmets.”
Although Triptii and Sam haven’t officially confirmed their relationship, they are often seen on dinner dates and romantic trips together, fueling speculation about their connection.
On the same day, Triptii celebrated the one-year anniversary of Animal, the film that made her a national sensation. She shared several photos from the movie’s sets on Instagram with the caption, “Seems like yesterday.”
Though Triptii had been part of the entertainment industry for years, it was her role in Animal, a film that sparked much debate, that catapulted her to overnight fame and success.
