Tanushree Dutta, the stunning actress who gained fame in the early 2000s with her role in the romantic thriller *Aashiq Banaya Aapne* alongside Emraan Hashmi, quickly became a sensation in Bollywood.

She was hailed as the next major star in the industry and showcased her range with performances in films like *Dhol*, *Bhagam Bhag*, and *Good Boy, Bad Boy*, among others.

However, Tanushree’s career faced a significant setback when she spoke out against prominent figures in Bollywood. In 2018, she accused Nana Patekar of sexually assaulting her a decade earlier. Recently, a video of Tanushree discussing her troubling experience with filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has gone viral.

In an interview with Faridoon Shahryar, Tanushree recounted how Vivek Agnihotri mistreated her during the production of *Chocolate* in 2005. She described an incident where she was late to the set by five minutes and was yelled at by Agnihotri, who deemed her unprofessional. She said:

“One day, when I arrived at the set five minutes late, he yelled at me and called me unprofessional. Sometimes I would come to the set when the lights weren’t even set up and nothing was ready. But on that day, when I was exactly five minutes late, he was only there to check if I had arrived.”

Tanushree further revealed that she was prohibited from going to her vanity van and was made to feel uncomfortable by having to sit in revealing clothes without a robe. She explained:

“Artists are supposed to rest in their van when not filming, especially if they are wearing short clothes. Even when I tried to wear a robe, he would say, ‘No, remove it, there’s a shot coming up.’ He would make me sit in a short skirt in front of the entire unit.”
