Ranbir Kapoor took the spotlight as the showstopper for the ‘Baaraat’ fashion show by Tasva, organized by the Aditya Birla Group in partnership with renowned designer Tarun Tahiliani.

Arriving in a luxurious car, Kapoor embraced the role of the groom, flanked by models acting as his groomsmen, perfectly reflecting the theme of the event.

The actor looked majestic in a silk ivory sherwani, complemented by a matching churidar, epitomizing the ideal groom.

His sherwani featured intricate embroidery and sequin detailing, lending a royal touch to his appearance. He finished the look with ivory and pink mojari shoes and a dupatta elegantly draped over his shoulder.

Adding to the event’s allure, Ranbir’s co-star from ‘Tu Jhutthi, Mai Makkar’, Anubhav Singh Bassi, walked the runway in a sleek black outfit as one of the groomsmen.

Reflecting on the ‘Baaraat’ collection, Tarun Tahiliani shared on Tasva’s official Instagram that, “We have a guiding principle at Tasva: Indian men often find traditional attire uncomfortable. We aim to show that with the right craftsmanship, Indian clothing can be both comfortable and beautiful, combining Eastern embroidery techniques with Western design.”

He further remarked, “For many men, their wedding day is significant, and today’s young men wish to engage fully in the occasion. We strive to help them express their true selves and relish the experience.”

The ‘Baaraat’ collection by Tasva seeks to capture the essence of Indian culture and tradition while redefining the modern Indian man’s style. The partnership between Tarun Tahiliani and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. offers a new perspective on men’s wedding attire.

Tasva, the brand behind this collection, is recognized for its unique blend of traditional Indian aesthetics and contemporary fashion.
