Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who purchased their opulent Los Angeles home in September 2019 for a reported $20 million after their grand Rajasthan wedding in December 2018, have reportedly left the property due to water damage causing mold infestation. Page Six revealed an ongoing legal battle since May 2023 related to these issues.
The couple, along with their two-year-old daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, has relocated to another residence. Although it remains unclear when they plan to return, a source indicated that the current property is unoccupied and not being rented.
Their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion, showcased by Priyanka on Instagram, features amenities like a chef’s kitchen, wine room, indoor basketball court, bowling alley, home theater, entertainment lounge, spa, gym, and billiards room.
A lawsuit filed in May 2023, exclusively obtained by Page Six, details issues with the pool and spa from April 2020, including ‘porous waterproofing’ leading to mold contamination. While the exact costs are undetermined, the complaint suggests waterproofing problems exceeding $1.5 million and estimated ‘general damages’ around $2.5 million, according to Page Six’s latest report.
