In a recent conversation on Yuvaa’s YouTube channel, Prajakta Koli and her father, Manoj Koli, discussed their relationship with Vrishank Khanal. Manoj shared how his bond with Vrishank evolved over time, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown when Vrishank taught him how to make wine. He humorously noted that men often bond over drinks and shared interests.
Manoj admitted that as he spent more time with Vrishank, he grew to appreciate his personality, intelligence, and expertise in law. Reflecting on their unexpected friendship, he jokingly said:
*”First, make a friend, because one day he will become your son-in-law. At least this way, he won’t ask for a dowry!”*
### **Prajakta Reveals Her Father’s Initial Hesitation About Vrishank**
Prajakta also shared that her father was initially reluctant to accept her relationship with Vrishank. She recalled that when she was 18 and first told her father about him, he had a typical protective reaction. Since she was at the start of her career, he feared that dating might distract her from her ambitions. Additionally, since he hadn’t met Vrishank at the time, he was skeptical. However, after meeting him, his reservations faded.
Recalling their first meeting during a Gauri Pooja at their home, Manoj said he found Vrishank to be a well-mannered young man studying law. He admitted that, as much as parents may want to influence their children’s choices, it’s difficult to dissuade them once they are sure about a relationship.
### **Prajakta and Vrishank’s Love Story**
Prajakta and Vrishank first met through a mutual friend when she was 18 and he was 22. Originally from Nepal, Vrishank was drawn to Prajakta’s simplicity and humility. Despite their busy careers—her as a content creator and him as a lawyer—they navigated the challenges of their relationship through open communication.
Having been together for over 12 years, Vrishank has built a strong bond with Prajakta’s family, often joining them on trips. The couple announced their engagement in 2023.
