Parineeti Chopra recently appeared in the film *Amar Singh Chamkila*, a biopic about the late singer who was murdered at 27 on March 8, 1988. At the time, Amar Singh Chamkila was Punjab’s top-selling artist. Diljit Dosanjh starred in the title role, with Parineeti portraying Amarjot, his partner and collaborator. She is set to appear next in *Capsule Gill*.
