Nagarjuna Praises Future Daughter-in-Law Sobhita Dhulipala Ahead of Her Wedding to Naga Chaitanya

Telugu superstar Nagarjuna recently spoke about his future daughter-in-law, Sobhita Dhulipala, who is set to marry his son, Naga Chaitanya, in December.
The couple’s wedding invitation was leaked online, revealing that the wedding will take place on December 4. As the wedding approaches, Nagarjuna shared his thoughts on Sobhita and praised the *Made In Heaven* actress.
He mentioned that Sobhita and Chaitanya bring happiness to each other and that he has felt much warmth from her as well. Nagarjuna also revealed that he has known Sobhita long before she became involved with Naga Chaitanya. In an interview with *The New Indian Express*, he said, “She is a lovely girl, and she too is someone who lives life on her own terms.”
Discussing her career choices, Nagarjuna continued, “She could have done any kind of films or series, but she chooses what she wants to do with her career. She is peaceful and content with her decisions. I’ve received a lot of warmth from her, and I can see how happy they make each other.”
Chaitanya and Sobhita got engaged in August, and they are reportedly set to marry at Annapurna Studios, which is owned by Nagarjuna. Sobhita began her wedding celebrations in Visakhapatnam and shared pictures from her *Godhuma Raayi Pasupu Danchatam* ceremony last month. For this traditional event, she wore a silk saree with gold jewelry and kept her makeup minimal. In the post, she wrote, “Godhuma Raayi Pasupu danchatam. And so it begins!”
The couple has also made several joint public appearances recently. At the ANR National Awards 2024, Nagarjuna introduced Sobhita to several guests, including actor Chiranjeevi.
Naga Chaitanya was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The couple announced their separation in October 2021, and their divorce was finalized the following year after four years of marriage.
