Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have tied the knot. Although they have yet to share official wedding photos, some glimpses of the couple from their ceremony have now been revealed.

Naga Chaitanya, dressed in a traditional pancha (a type of dhoti), appeared fully engaged in the wedding rituals. Sobhita Dhulipala looked graceful in a Kanjivaram silk saree adorned with real gold zari, paying tribute to her cultural heritage.

The couple made their relationship public in August this year by sharing photos from their engagement. In a joint post, they shared a quote from A.K. Ramanujan’s Kurunthogai, expressing the unity of their love, saying, “What could my mother be to yours? What kin is my father to yours anyway? And how did you and I meet ever? But in love our hearts are as red earth and pouring rain: mingled beyond parting.”

Naga Chaitanya, affectionately known as Chay, married Sobhita at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, a location rich with family history. Founded in 1976 by his grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, the 22-acre studio in Banjara Hills is an emblem of the family’s cinematic legacy. The wedding reportedly lasted for 8 hours, adhering to age-old traditions and cultural practices.

The wedding was a high-profile event, with numerous celebrities from the Indian film industry in attendance. The guest list featured stars such as Allu Arjun and his family, Ram Charan and Upasana, Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar, Jr NTR, SS Rajamouli, Prabhas, Chiranjeevi and Surekha, and Nayanthara, among others.

Given the family ties, both the Akkineni and Daggubati families were also present. The connection between the two families dates back to Nagarjuna’s marriage to Lakshmi Daggubati, actor Venkatesh Daggubati’s sister, although the couple is now separated.
