Recently, there’s been buzz about the couple purchasing a Rs 20 crore apartment in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai.
According to Hindustan Times, property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com confirm that Indian cricketer KL Rahul and Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty have acquired a luxurious 3,350 sq ft apartment on the 2nd floor of Sandhu Palace, a ground-plus-18 floors building. The property includes parking space for four cars.
Documents show they paid Rs 1.20 crore as stamp duty and a Rs 30,000 registration fee for the transaction, which was finalized on July 15. The building has received a partial occupation certificate from the BMC.
Bandra is home to many other prominent celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri.
