Ananya Panday’s new home, purchased last year on Dhanteras, reflects her personal style. Designed with custom touches, soft pastel tones, and cozy corners, the actress aimed to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and a true reflection of herself, with a strong emphasis on family and belonging.

In an interview with Asian Paints Where The Heart Is, Ananya gave a tour of her Scandinavian-inspired home, offering a closer look at the design and thoughtful details that make the space uniquely hers.

During the tour, Ananya shared that her father had grown up in the same building where she now lives. She also took viewers through her parents’ opulent ₹10 crore home located on the floor below hers. As for her own space, the living room emerged as her favorite spot to relax and unwind.

The home features a tranquil balcony that brings nature indoors, open shelving, a cozy reading nook with books on baking, and a dedicated area for her pet dog, Riot. The open floor plan allows natural light to flow freely throughout, complemented by artistic pieces that double as lamps. The warm lighting and inviting seating arrangements make it an ideal space for hosting friends.

Pastel hues like pink and green lend a contemporary yet earthy vibe to the home, enhanced by plants in every corner and personalized wallpaper featuring handwritten excerpts and a playful recipe wall.

A standout feature of Ananya’s home is a pastel pink flush door that leads into her room and walk-in closet. Though she didn’t reveal her bedroom, Ananya did give a peek into her spacious walk-in closet. Inspired by a vanity van, it includes a large mirror and warm lighting. Initially uncertain about the pink color, Ananya now can’t imagine her home without it.

Ananya described her walk-in closet, with its secret door, as “every little girl’s dream.” She also noted that it’s the only area of her home that incorporates elements of her professional life.

In the video, Ananya also took viewers through her parents’ home, owned by Chunky Panday and Bhavana Panday, which was designed to mirror her personal tastes and interests. Growing up in a joint family, Ananya fondly remembered her grandmother’s open-door policy, which created a strong sense of family and community.
