Aditi Rao Hydari and her husband, Siddharth, celebrated their wedding on September 16, 2024, in a touching traditional ceremony. Their South Indian wedding was held at the historic 400-year-old Wanaparthy temple, and their wedding photos resembled a beautiful desi fairytale.
The couple’s romance began while filming the movie *Maha Samudram* in 2021. After a few years together, they got engaged in March 2024 and are now happily known as ‘Mrs and Mr Adu-Siddhu.’
Recently, Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth made their first public appearance in Mumbai following their enchanting wedding. Aditi wore a pink Anarkali suit with red accents and appeared radiant, showcasing her post-wedding glow and sindoor, complemented by traditional jewelry and soft curls.
Aditi’s happiness was evident, while Siddharth opted for a relaxed look in a denim shirt and dark jeans, accessorized with a cap and headphones. The couple smiled widely as they exited the airport, promising to bring sweets for the photographers the following day.
Aditi’s bridal attire reflected India’s rich cultural heritage, featuring a handwoven Maheshwari lehenga and a Banarasi dupatta, both designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Siddharth matched her elegance in a silk kurta and handwoven Banarasi dhoti.
During the Galatta Golden Stars event, Siddharth addressed speculation about his engagement, clarifying it was not secretive but a private ceremony attended by close family and friends. They exchanged rings at the tranquil Sri Ranganayaka Swamy Temple in Telangana, highlighting the distinction between privacy and secrecy.
Siddharth shared his nerves about proposing to Aditi and emphasized the importance of her response. He mentioned that the wedding date should be determined by family elders, describing it as a “lifetime date” rather than a mere scheduling detail. He expressed relief at her positive answer and the significance of timing in their union.
